Georgia Hull
Georgia is a Psychologist and Sport and Exercise Psychology Registrar who works with athletes and performers aged 11+. She has completed a Master of Psychology (Sport and Exercise) and works with individuals and teams across a range of sporting and performance environments and stages of development.
Georgia believes that performance psychology is not only valuable when challenges arise, but is an important part of training and preparation. She supports her clients to develop the psychological skills and flexibility that underpin sustainable performance, helping them to respond effectively to pressure, adapt to challenges and perform at their best. Her work focuses on developing skills that can be trained and embedded alongside physical preparation, supporting both performance and wellbeing.
Georgia takes a holistic approach to her work, recognising that performers are people first and that wellbeing and performance are closely connected. She values helping clients develop a strong understanding of themselves, build a healthy relationship with their sport or career, and pursue their goals while maintaining balance and perspective outside of performance.
Georgia’s style is warm, authentic, calm and collaborative. She aims to create a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel understood and supported, while providing practical, evidence-based strategies that can be applied in training, competition/performance and everyday life. Her approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and CBT for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, somatic approaches and mindfulness-based interventions.
