Performance and Mental Health

To ensure you are receiving the right help, we start by assess your needs, strengths, history, challenges, and areas of growth. From there, we can create specific plans right for you and your journey. We have different options and varied ways to assist you:

a) Performance Development

If you are seeking an extra advantage, performance optimisation is targeted at enhancing:

  • Capacity to thrive in demanding environments

  • Focus

  • Resilience

  • Consistency

  • Clear and connected behaviours and values to aid performance

  • Ability to achieve your short and long-term goals

b) Performance Block

If you are experiencing a drop in performance that either hasn't resolved itself or that is varied in duration, frequency and intensity. Ask yourself these questions.

  • When did this begin?

  • What am I doing to resolve this?

  • Do I understand what is driving this drop in performance?

  • Psychologically, how is this impacting on me, and how does it relate to my performance?

  • Is there a pattern here? (ie: When I am under stress, be it within sport or external)
